★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治７年設立の最古の小学校の一つです。校歌は作詞が三木露風、作曲が山田耕作というビッグコンビです。以前は脇坂藩の学館があった所です。昔懐かしのセメント壁ではない垣根のからたちは春に白い花、秋に黄色い実をつけます（食用不可）。岩石園が自慢。なぜか見事な石棺もあります。6年生は地域学習として、龍野オータムフェスティバルの時に、観光ガイドをします。
It is one of the oldest elementary schools established in the 7th year of the Meiji era. The school song is a big combination with lyrics written by Rofu Miki and composition by Kosaku Yamada. It used to be the place where the Wakisaka clan's school was located. The hedges, which are not old-fashioned cement walls, bear white flowers in spring and yellow fruits in autumn (not edible). We are proud of the rock garden. There is also a wonderful sarcophagus for some reason. The sixth grader will be a tourist guide at the Tatsuno Autumn Festival as a community study.
