R	Rakuda K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せめて現状の倍くらい広ければ良い公園だと思う。野鳥などの生き物にとっては、貴重な生息地なのかな。それにしても長野は公園等の整備が下手だなと思う。ここの話ではないけど、コンクリートやアスファルトで固めた、日陰のない、狭い所に無理やり遊具や噴水を詰め込んだような公園ばかり。 I think it's a good park if it's at least twice as large as the current one. Is it a valuable habitat for creatures such as wild birds? Even so, I think Nagano is not good at maintaining parks. It's not the story here, but it's just a park that is hardened with concrete or asphalt, has no shade, and is forcibly packed with playsets and fountains in a narrow space.

M	Miru Shion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 公園の中心である「辰巳池」の中程に小島があり多くの水鳥が集まる。池にはコイの他外来種のカメをよく見かける。毎年４月中旬には桜まつりが行われ多くの人で賑わうが、他の季節はベンチや広場が混雑することはない。園内、トイレともよく清掃が行き届いており、清潔感があって、長時間ゆっくり過ごすのに適している。活発な子供向けの遊具はなく、物足りなさを感じる人もいるかも。４～５台の駐車場があり、桜の時期以外は自家用車での来園もＯＫ。小さなお子さんのいる家族でお弁当を食べに訪れてみてください。普段の忙しさを忘れ、ゆっくり話が出来ること、間違いありません。 There is a small island in the middle of "Tatsumi Pond" which is the center of the park, and many water birds gather there. In the ponds, turtles of exotic species other than carp are often seen. The cherry blossom festival is held in the middle of April every year, and is crowded with many people, but the benches and plazas do not get crowded during other seasons. The inside of the park and the toilet are well cleaned and have a feeling of cleanliness, which is suitable for spending a long time slowly. There are no playground equipment for active children, and some may feel unsatisfactory. There are 4 to 5 parking lots, and private car visits are OK except during cherry blossom season. Please come to eat lunch with a family with small children. There is no doubt that you can forget your usual busyness and talk slowly.
