人のことどうこう言う前に自分の言い方、態度直したらどうですかね？
凄くいい教習所でしたよ。

接客をもう一度再教育しないとまずいと感じる。
また、教習設備全体が老朽化しており、花の教習所でもいいが、
まずは基本の道路設備を整えてほしい。
（路面に水がたまる、８の字が落ち葉と泥水で滑る・・・）
教習については、バイクについてはさすがバイク好きの教員
なのか好印象だった。バイクについてはコースも
わかりやすいのでバイク取得についてはお勧めする。

態度が悪すぎて嫌で途中で辞めちゃう人も多いそうです。
本当に辞めた方がいいです、おすすめしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミが悪かったので別の車校に通おうと思ったが近場にここしかなく断念し通いました。
実際には教官の殆どは優しく丁寧でしたが、セクハラ紛いな言動のある60代後半くらいの方が1人いたことを除いて楽しく運転が出来ました。
しかし受付の方達の態度が驚く程悪く、だからこそクチコミが悪いのだと痛感しました。
具体的には呼びかけても1.2回目は無視3回目で返答をする、受付で待っていてもわざと無視、車校側のミスであってもこちらを責める等気分の悪くなる対応が目立ちました。
受付の方を再教育するか入れ替えたら辰巳自動車学校の評価も上がるのではないかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 田舎っぽく、静かだし、ほぼ空(す)いていて走りやすいし、教官は気さくだしね！
受付けがキャンセル待ち帳を見ずにキャンセル待ちをスルーしたり、実際空きがあるのにスマホ上では予約できなかったり。（管理ミス？）
受付けの女の子たち、笑顔・笑顔！
でも入校前に問い合わせで電話に出たおっさんは某バイク屋で有名だったのには笑った！
対応の悪さで！
みんな頑張ってね！

知人も同じ教習所で困っていたのでクチコミさせて頂きます。
受付の女性の対応ですが、個々にお話しすると笑顔や気遣いもあり、会社側にちゃんと指導やフォローする方がいなかったのかなぁ…これでは働く女性が長続きしないと思います。
教官も丁寧な指導の方、厳しい方もいますが、ただひとりこの方だけは困りました。
〇〇教官
学科の９割9分がこの方で、早口でボソボソ話すので聴き取りづらく、例え話しで実体験を話すのですがまとまりが無く何が言いたいのか？その為忙しない授業で内容が頭に入りませんでした。
話す内容に余計な言葉が多過ぎるので、若い教習生には分かりづらく混乱すると思います。
私の知人も中年で仕事をしながら通いましたが、学科の授業が分かりづらいためYouTubeで見直して勉強したそうです。
教習所の選択で、ホテル並みに綺麗とか車が新しい・場所が通いやすい等ありますが、凶器にもなる車の運転を習う為なので教官のレベルも問題かと思います。
この方が辰巳で1番の教官と言うのであれば、息子も通わせたくないし紹介も出来ません。
教習所として是非改善して欲しいと願います。

VERY VERY MUCH ! if I could put another 1 star again and again , I would do it ! even if it takes me 1 whole day to do it ! I really don't like the attitude of the receptionist !
p.s if you don't hear them properly , they will shout on you ?
