★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とある案件があり、いくつか弁護士事務所を回って初回相談をしたのですが、ここは断トツで最悪な対応でした。
他のところは、相談者側になって親身に相談に乗っていただいたのですが、ここだけは相手側に立った立場の意見をぶっきらぼうに繰り返すだけで、「私の言ってることが正しいんだから、あなたがおかしい」というような感じの事を言われました。仮に、案件的にそうだったとしても、その言い方は無いのではないかと思いました。
また、ここだけ、初回から相談料を請求する事務所ですので、ほんと、悔しいと言いますか、「もしかしたら、相談料を稼ぐことが目的なのでは？」と思わされるような対応でした。
もちろん、事務所としての方針はそうではなくて、所属している一部の弁護士がそういう方なだけかもしれませんが、事務所名を背負っているわけなので、こちらの事務所としての評価とさせていただきました。

Of course, the policy as an office is not so, and some lawyers who belong to it may be just such a person, but since it carries the name of the office, it is evaluated as this office. I was allowed to.
