★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで、10回近く利用していますが、一度たりとも弁護士が実際に動いてくれたことはありません。正直いって、ここまで頼りにならない制度では、生活困窮者にとっては意味がありません。
おそらく弁護士としては、裁判での請求金額が低いから依頼を受けたくないのでしょうけど、そもそも自己破産以外で、生活困窮者が「高額のお金」を持っているわけがありません。低額のお金のトラブルが積もり積もっているからこそ、困っている人もいるわけです。
そういう低額の問題を一つずつ解消できないと、ずっとそのままの状態が続きます。身動きができず、本当に困っています。なんとかしてほしいです。
