★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頂上は一人一人の名前を刻んだ小さな墓石のような慰霊塔が数十本建っています 第二次大戦の戦死者のようです 正直暗い感じですね 天若彦に関する物は何も無いです 反対側にも小さな尾根伝いに歩けば頂上部分が有りますが 何も無いです
この古墳が作られた当時は木も無く ここからの景色は遠く迄見渡せたでしょう 近くには祖母金山姫を祭る南宮御旅神社 そのすぐそばが美濃の国府が有ったとされますから この辺りが天若彦の生まれ育った場所なのではないでしょうか 線路向こうに祖父の金山彦を祭る南宮大社が有ります

At the time this tumulus was built, there were no trees, and the view from here would have been overlooked far away. Isn't it the place where Amakahiko was born and raised?

アメノワカヒコ（天若日子、天稚彦）
のお墓と言われる古墳。
アメノワカヒコを祀った神社は、美濃市にある喪山天神社。
古事記に出てくる喪山伝説のある史跡です。
