★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幕張ベイタウンの一画と言えば聞こえはいいが、商圏として極めて辺鄙な場所でひっそりと頑張っている点は加点したいところだが、ケーキの味はごく普通（あまり売れていないのか鮮度が悪い感じ？）、マスターの態度がいまいちなので、この程度。

また、従業員の方が叱られているのが見えましたが、刃先の長いナイフをその方に向けながら威嚇するように叱っていたのにはとても驚き、それから2度と行っていません。何年も前なので今もそのうな叱り方をしているのかわかりませんが…
技術も高いとは言えないと思います。
