★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご高齢の方ですが仕事が丁寧です。和ガラスを扱う個人店が少なく、ググって「ガラス～円」などの表示サイト数ヶ所で見積もってもらうと『くもりガラスと型ガラス、どちらも畳半畳以下』で5万円近く。昔ながらの此方の個人店「林硝子店」さんはその半値。このような良心的な個人店が残っていって欲しい。結局、個人店以外は「グループ・委託・マージン」などで高額になってしまうのでしょう。
耳が遠いのか、電話では不安でしたが、久しぶりに温かい気持ちにさせてくれたお店、店主・職人さん・仕事です。また割れたらお願いします。本当にありがとうございました。オススメです。

In the end, it would be expensive for “group / consignment / margin”, etc. except for private stores.
It was a shop, shopkeeper, craftsman, and job that made me feel warm for the first time in a while, although I was worried over the phone whether I was far away. I would like it if it breaks again. I'm really thankful to you. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 質・価格・スケジュールのどれもでたらめです。30分で仕上がるというので待っていましたが90分経っても終わらず翌日に取りに行くことになりました。窓枠は白いゴムを使ってほしいので新品に交換しなくていいと伝えていましたが、黒いゴムが付いていて白色のゴムは捨ててしまったそうです。価格も当初に聞いていた金額と異なるので理由を聞いたら、3㎜のガラスを使っていたがサイズを間違えたので切り直そうとしたら厚いガラスしか残っておらず値段が変わったと言います。喧嘩する気にもなりませんでした。他の窓は白いゴムが付いてるのにこれだけ黒いゴムでは話になりませんので別のガラス屋へもっていきました。
手が震えてねじを締めることも拾うこともできず、領収書を書くこともできません。ご高齢で人柄の良い方でしたが、残念ながら仕事を任せられる相手ではありません。

I didn't feel like fighting. The other windows have white rubber, but I couldn't talk about this black rubber, so I took it to another glass shop.
My hands tremble and I can't tighten or pick up the screws, and I can't write a receipt. He was old and had a good personality, but unfortunately he was not the one to be entrusted with the work.
