There is. Of course, I also eat trendy ramen, but when I ate the soy sauce from Tanuki-tei, I once again felt the importance of salting. Many ramen make you want to drink water on the way, but today I ate all the ramen without drinking water until the end. And since the char siu has a little saltiness, I felt it was just right when I ate it even if the soup was thin. If you want to remodel it into a "fashionable shop" that you often do on TV, I think there are many things you want to add to the ramen, but this ramen is a local taste that has been completed with this. And when I tried the dumplings with the popular vinegar and pepper, I felt the flavor of okonomiyaki, combined with the dumplings and the floury texture of the skin that was a little steamed.
