久しぶりに立ち寄ってみた。
ギュッギュッっと、こんなにお好み焼きをぺったんこになるまでおしてたかな？
って思うほどぺったんこなお好み焼き。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここも地元民以外には入りにくそうな店だなと思いつついつも通り過ぎていた。思い切って入ってみたら案外そうでもなかった。料金設定が安く、日常的にこれる感じの思いでの店。
I passed by as I thought it would be difficult for non-locals to enter. When I took a plunge in, it didn't seem unexpected. A store with a low price setting and a feeling that it will change on a daily basis.

暖簾をくぐると鉄板からのソースが香ばしく、鼻をくすぐります。
アツアツの鉄板の上で、ヘラを使って食べるスタイルはご当地ならでは！私にとっては初挑戦、隣の常連さんの仕草を真似ながら頬張りました。
味の方は、しっとり焼そばにソースが絡む部分とパリッとしたおコゲが絶妙に絡み合う最高の一品です。重たい鉄の重しをギュッと押し付けるスタイルこそ、トラディショナルである。と、店主は申されており、そこには30年間店の味を守り抜いた自信と実績が裏打ちされていました。絶え間ない出前の電話と鉄板の煙が、地元に愛されている証でしょう。
アットホームなお店で我々のような他所者でも暖かく迎えてくれました。お祖母様、お母様、お手伝いさん、本当にありがとうございました。いつまでも御身体に気をつけてご商売なさって下さい。そして、息子さんのT君の未来に幸あれ！

時間帯によって、おばちゃん1~3人で切り盛りされてます。
味は普通に美味しく、定期的に食べたくなる味です。雰囲気も学生時代にあったような感じです。
