手	手乗りタイガー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 価格面は今のところ良い。ただ、忙しいのかよく連絡を忘れられるし、こちらからアクションを起こさないとほったらかしにされやすい。建てた後により評価は前後する。家が建って日も経ったので再度評価。自由に間取りとか決めて助言も適切だったので満足（担当さんによる）。設備も新しめのが標準だったりで満足。壁紙などは点検時に言うと少し気になるところなど、直ぐに直してくれる。ただし、やはり忙しいのか大事な急ぎの事を相談、連絡しても全く連絡が来ない。建ててしまった後のアフターは最低です。何度も何度もこちらから連絡を入れてやっとしてもらえるかどうかぐらいです。信頼していただけに本当に腹が立つ。今では友達に勧めたりしていたが、他がいいかもと言い直しています。建てるまでより建ててからの方が長いのでこの辺りは本当に考えて依頼するのがいいと思います。私の友達も建てる予定だったらしいのですが、やはり同じような対応みたいなので不安になって辞めたようです。（きちんとおざなりにしませんよね？と確認もしたと聞いています）最後になりますが、コスパは中々なので建築後の家の事は全て自分でするよ！って人にはいいと思うので★2にしておきます。 Price is good for now. t	tanaka田中 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月中旬頃、マイホームを考えだし、ネットで調べ、マルコーホームさんを知りました。先ずは土地探しからと言う事で、何日かに渡って何箇所か巡りましたが、中々理想の土地が見つからず..気長に行こうかと主人と話していた矢先。担当の営業の方が家に来られ、年内にマルコーさんと契約したら特典や割引きが沢山有ると。会社側としてもノルマが有るので、年内に契約をしたいと言いだす始末。挙げ句の果てに、お客様(私達夫婦)も、私共(マルコー)もWin Winな話だと思うんです！と提案されました。あぁ〜..この話をしたいが為に、わざわざ家に来たんだなと思いました。キッパリお断りしましたが、書類作成するにもミスが多々有ったりと.. 土地も何も決まっていない状態で契約を交わそうと家まで来る辺り、切羽詰まってたのかなぁ〜と思いました。その後、別のハウスメーカーさんで契約をしましたが、出来る営業マンと出来ない営業マンの違いを凄く感じれ、ある意味、良い経験が出来ました。 Around mid-November, I started thinking about my home, searched the internet and found out about Marco Home.
