In February 2021, it was just 5 years since it was newly built, and the person in charge was kind and nice, but the after-sales is the worst. Even if I consulted about the places I was worried about (rust on the foundation of the house and steps on the wallpaper) from the time of the one-year inspection, I was able to finish with "This is a common thing" and "Why?" At that time, if I consulted with another after-sales person, he would be able to fix it, so it was still good so far ... It has been two years since I was told, "I will contact you when the construction date is decided again." And when I contacted from here, I just said "I'm sorry" and "Then I'll fix it between next Monday and Thursday". This response that I leave it for two years and try to finish it with just two words ... I can't trust it, so when I fixed it, I decided the date and time that I wanted to check with my own eyes, and I also shifted the schedule that was originally in that time zone and made a schedule, but there was no contact than the decided time and it took about 40 minutes without permission. I came early and did some construction work on my own. Moreover, I had the gap between the cloths fixed, but it was quite rough. Even though it's the front door ... it's so conspicuous that it's embarrassing when visiting. I want you to start over. This is a big shopping once in a lifetime, but I can't really forgive it.

After the remodeling, if the toilet is clogged and I contact you, I will go immediately. It's been a year since then ... I haven't heard from you yet. According to the president's policy, I would visit the customer once a year, but ... I will not come again in the second year.
