★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業所受け取りの連絡をしたのにも関わらず荷物を探すのに20分以上かかる。営業所受け取りの連絡をしたかと聞かれる始末。
24時間受取可能となっているが、夜間行くと店員の姿が見当たらず、呼び鈴等もないため待ちぼうけをくらう。
最悪な営業所です。大切な荷物を預ける気にはなりません。
この営業所の配達員は以前に他人の住所や名前が書かれた伝票を渡してきたこともあり、個人情報も守られていないと感じる。
可能なら二度と使用したくない。
不愉快極まりない。
星1つですら多く感じてしまう。

いい加減にも程があります。
配達するならキチンとする、できないのなら最初から謝罪すべきでは。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トラックの髪を染めたドライバーが道を塞いでいるのにチンタラと作業していた。時たまこちらを見てマスク姿ではあるがニヤけた感じでこちらを見ているのがわかりました。しっかりと教育からやり直したほうが良いと感じました。ホント気持ち悪い。深谷市荒川付近。
