破損率が異常に高い。こちらは保険金を払っているにも関わらず、弁済を渋ります。相手方に迷惑をかけてしまうことが多いため、発送では利用するのをやめました。
また、こちらの営業所に限った話ではありませんが、安全運転が度を越えて逆に危なくないですか？交差点のど真ん中で一旦停止されるのは危険極まりない。歩行者保護の観点から人がいれば話は別だが、いなくても止まる。
今では上記の運転を理解しているので通常以上に車間距離を開けています。
それに、時速60キロ制限の道路を時速45キロ程度でのろのろ走り交通の流れを阻害しています。佐川がいる道路に渋滞あり。
時間に余裕をもって行動していますが、それでも朝遭遇すると萎える。
とはいいつつも、安全管理が徹底されていて関心します。過剰ともいえる安全運転を励行しないと本当の意味の安全は生まれませんもんね。
2020／12／21追記
私の地域の佐川急便だけかもしれませんが、横断歩道手前の減速、停止は励行していないのでしょうか。歩行者が待っていても譲りません。
社則は遵守するが道路交通法は無視？運転のプロなら安全意識を高く持ってほしいと思います。

なんと夜中の取り扱いをやめたとか。
人里から車で30分もかかる辺境の地に営業所を置くのをやめれば従業員の配達のクオリティも上がるのでは？

再配達で日時を指定しても来ない。
他の件では、日時指定して頼んだのに来ない。
どうしてもその日には必要だから、次の日の朝イチに届けてくれと言っても午前中の時間の指定は出来ないの一点張り。
仕方ないので朝イチ取りに行っても謝罪の一言もなし。
こんな企業がまかり通っているのが許せない。
配達を使用される企業の皆さん！お願いですから佐川急便だけは使わないでください！
