★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度も間違い電話があるのは仕方ない事なんですが、出た途端切ったり主語がないすいませんでしたでバタッと切られても困ります(詐欺電話かと思ったら会社でビックリです)。
より良くなるように電話対応のマニュアルの見直しと共有お願いします。
 It is unavoidable that there are many mistaken calls, but as soon as I get out, I'm sorry I didn't have the subject, so I don't want to be hung up (I'm surprised at the company if I think it's a fraudulent call).
