本園の評価は5です。分園の評価は3です。分園と本園の良いところは舞多聞子ども園と運動会が一緒で小学校の広い校庭を使うので親も見やすく良い写真が撮れます！本園はベテランの先生が多いのか安心して預けられますし子どもものびのびと過ごせている気がします。少し怒り方が気になる先生もいますが許容範囲かな？分園は初めの3年間で最初にいた先生の殆どが退職されました。20代前半の若い先生が多く本園と同じくニコニコ笑顔で元気な先生が多いです。きちんとしている先生も大半ですが少し厳しく言うと、指導する立場の先生が少ないのか保護者からの伝達の報連相が出来なかったり、親も急いでいる朝に先生は2名いるはずなのになかなかお出迎えに出てこないことが何度もあったり、玄関を出れば仕事は終りだからか駐車場で保護者とすれ違っても挨拶が出来ない方が何名かいます。お迎えの際2歳児が1人駐車場まで出てきていたのですが親が見当たらず玄関の中まで連れて入った際、脱走だったと発覚し監督不行き届きだなと感じました。どちらの園も子どもにとっては大好きな園だと感じているので、子どもが過ごす環境は良いと思います。

Some teachers are a little worried about how to get angry, but is it acceptable? Most of the first teachers in the branch have retired in the first three years. There are many young teachers in their early twenties, and like the main garden, there are many cheerful teachers with smiling faces. Most of the teachers are decent, but to be a little strict, there should be two teachers in the morning when there are few teachers who are in a position to teach, or the parents can not communicate with each other, or the parents are in a hurry. There are many people who do not come to pick me up many times, or because the work is over when I leave the entrance, there are some people who can not say hello even if they pass by their parents in the parking lot. At the time of picking up, one 2-year-old child had come out to the parking lot, but when my parents were not found and I took him into the front door, I discovered that it was an escape and felt that the director was inadequate. I feel that both gardens are loved by children, so I think the environment in which they spend their time is good.
