★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舟橋先生から「これは法律上できます」「法的根拠もあります」と回答頂いたにも関わらず、根拠となる法律を聞くと、いっさい答えて頂けない。
ご自身が法律上できる、根拠もあると言ったのに、なぜ根拠となる法律を回答できないのかわからない。
また、行政機関である児童相談所の担当弁護士をされているにも関わらず、行政法は大学卒業後にできた法律のため、大学で学んでいないので詳しくないと言われていたが、行政の仕事をする以上、関連する法律をきちんと理解されていないのは問題があると思います。

I said that I can do it legally and there is a basis, but I don't understand why I can't answer the underlying law.
Also, despite being a lawyer in charge of the child counseling office, which is an administrative agency, it was said that he was not familiar with the administrative law because he did not study at the university because it was a law that was enacted after graduating from university. As long as I work, I think it's a problem that I don't understand the relevant laws properly.
