10分程かけて、保留が6～7分。
候補曜日・時間帯を2つ伝えましたが、片方のみしか理解しておらず、
「ご要望にはお応えできません」と。強引に終わりにされた印象です。
非常に残念な対応だったと思います。

I told you two candidate days and times, but I understood only one of them,
"We cannot meet your request." It is an impression that it was forcibly finished.
I think it was a very disappointing response.
