Y	Yuji Toya (ToyaUG) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉄板カウンターで目の前で焼いてくれる本格的なステーキハウスです。お値段は高めですが、おいしいお肉が食べられます。1500円～の看板に引かれてランチに行きましたが、1500円は100gでした。150gで2000円のステーキを注文。いつも私はレアで、妻はウェルダンで頼むのですが、用意されたお肉は1枚でそれを切り分けて提供するようです。店主は一言も話さず、黙々と焼く職人のような印象で、焼き加減も聞かれなかった。私達夫婦の座った鉄板には火を入れていないのか、隣の客の目の前で焼きはじめ、焼き上がった後で目の前に移動されて来ました。2種類のつけダレがありますが、どちらもおいしかったです。本格的なステーキハウスで焼き加減を聞かれなかったのは初めてでしたが、ランチだったからなのか、量が少なかったからなのか、判りません。 It is a full-fledged steakhouse grilled in front of you at an iron plate counter.
