★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勧められたので予約の電話をいれました。電話に対応した店員に会社名と名前言ったら、話を遮り忙しいからと暗い声で対応されると、予約する気が一瞬で無くなりましたので、わかりましたと切らせて頂きました。
いくら料理が良くても1番は人だと、名乗りも暗かったし接客業でどうかと思います。
 I was recommended so I made a reservation call. When I told the clerk who responded to the phone the company name, I interrupted the conversation and responded with a dark voice, and I instantly lost the desire to make a reservation, so I said that I understood.
No matter how good the food is, if the number one person is the person, the name is dark and I think it's a hospitality business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15人規模の職場の親睦会で利用しました。4階の屋上の部屋は全天候型でおしゃれな空間でした。料理も美味しいと好評でした。

大山鶏の一夜干しは非常に美味しかったです。
ただ、割と商売気のあるお店という印象。
締めの暖かいお茶くらいサービスして欲しかったかな。
お酒のバリエーションも多いです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍での昼営業でイートインランチ。夜は美味しいのはもちろん、昼もおいしいまぜ麺ランチ(追い飯と味噌汁付き)でした。
コロナが落ち着いたらゆっくり行きたいです。

ある男性店員の接客が、威圧的で冷ややかな対応に感じました。美味しい料理もその人が運んでくると、結局その対応にもやもやして美味しさも半減しました。
思い返せば、その男性店員は我々の入店時から気だるそうな感じで近づいてきて「いらっしゃいませ」も「ご予約のお客様ですか？」も何も言わず真顔で無言でしたね。
また箸を落としてしまい新しい箸をお願いしたのですが、5分くらい待たされ焼き魚も冷めてしまいました。新しい箸くらいすぐに持ってきてもらえないのでしょうか。
接客もお店の評価に直結することを、もう少し考えられるといいと思います。

The customer service of a male clerk felt intimidating and frosty. When the person brought in delicious food, the deliciousness was halved in the end.
In retrospect, the male clerk approached us with a dull feeling from the time we entered the store, and he said nothing, "Welcome" or "Are you a reservation customer?"
I dropped the chopsticks and asked for new chopsticks, but after waiting for about 5 minutes, the grilled fish also cooled down. Could you bring me new chopsticks right away?
I think it would be nice to think that customer service is directly linked to the evaluation of the store.

お料理も美味しかったです。
ただ料理を運んで下さる方達の接客がやや雑かなと感じました。

ドリンク、食事の提供も早く過ごしやすかったです。
出てきた料理は全て美味しく、大満足です。
以前は、お昼のお弁当を提供されていましたが、その時のお弁当が凄く美味しかったので、今回は夜にお邪魔してみようかと思いました。
飛騨豚チャーシューとポテトサラダ、トロ鯖が特に美味しかったです。
