★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット予約したけれどめちゃくちゃ待ちます。人気だと思います。診察前に看護師さんなのかわからないですが症状を聞いてくれます。今、利用している薬を聞かれましたが、そんな薬ある？みたいなかんじであまり詳しくないようでした。ネット検索したらでてきたので知識不足かなと思います。あと、症状をそのかたに伝えると、肌綺麗で何もなってないといわれました。いや、痒いし痛いしできてるんですが。。。そのあとに先生に見てもらいましたが、先生にも肌何もなってないと言われたし、先ほどの診察まえの女性の方に話した内容量は何一つツタワッテおらずさっき話したけどまた言うのかと思いました。結局皮膚科あるあるでステロイドだそうとしたので、ステロイドは肌荒れしたのでイヤと伝えたのに。。他の薬を出されましたが結局何一つ改善されずショックでした。先生も首をかしげて私の皮膚炎がなにかわかってませんでした。

同日、こちらの皮膚科へ行く前に家で測ると36.6℃。断られた後、別の皮膚科で測ると35.9℃でした。
もしかしたら初診は遠回しに断られているのかな、と思わざるを得ませんでした。実際そういうわけではないと思いますが…。
大変ショックを受けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分が熱という感じが全然なくても、検温の結果が37.5度で、受診が断られました。他のクリニックへ行って、問題なくて体温が36.2度。そして、外国人として、最初は日本語はそんなに上手じゃないと説明した後で、すぐ「日本語ができないならダメ」と言われました。自分が日本でいろいろなクリニックへ行って、全部順調に受診できて、そういう悪い対応が初めてです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 軽いアトピー性皮膚炎で、冬に乾燥したりすると接触性で痒くなったりするので、新しくできたここにステロイドもらいに通院するようになりました。
良い点
・阪急豊中駅、エトレ豊中2階に入居でアクセス便利
・ネット予約可能で、予約していれば院内で待つ必要なし
阪大出身の先生のようで、実績等はあまりわかりませんが親切な先生だとは感じます。
豊中でとりあえず皮膚科通院しやすいといえばここではないでしょうか。

体温が高めで平熱が37度であること伝えましたが、断られました。
受付の方に検温するよう何度も依頼されましたが、平熱は下げようがなく、何度検温しても37度超え。
これまで通院歴もあり、医師は優しく丁寧でしたが、コロナが終わらない限り通院は出来そうにありません。
コロナ対策も大事ですが、個々の事情も考慮し、もう少し柔軟な対応をしていただきたかったです。
他の院へ転院します。
