紫	紫木蓮 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客や商品価格に期待してはいけない。いつも店員みんなが大声で掛け声を出しあっててうるさい‼️ 頭痛時や風邪の時なんかにはもう最悪。逆に、店員自身がしんどいときでも大声でセール案内をしないといけないんだろうなと思うと、ブラックな職場。コロナの3波くらいまでは掛け声をやめてたけど、それ以降は元に戻った。レジ精算中も脇にある高いシップだの目薬だの関連の無い物を「ただいまおすすめの商品です」とか、対面でも大声で声を掛けてくるし、インカムで話してるし、精算は間違えるし、目の前の客を流れ作業で適当に処理してるだけ。陳列棚の商品を選んでる最中でも、店員が他の客を誘導して棚の前に割り入ってくる。店先商品のお菓子や薬は激安だけど、洗剤類や柔軟剤、店の奥にある商品はむしろ定価。品揃えもあまりよくない。スギ薬局の方が品揃えが多く、まんべんなく安いし、接客もいい。唯一、白衣姿の年配の男性だけが気持ちのこもった接客をしてくれる。 Don't expect customer service or product prices. 無	無無 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく店員の掛け声がうるさい！！「ごゆっくりど～ぞ～！」って喧しくてゆっくり選べへんわ！　だいたいこのコロナ禍の状況でマスクしてるとはいえBGMを掻き消すほどの声量で、あっちやこっちやの店員がウロウロ徘徊しながら喚き散らしてる非常識さが信じられん。それに常時10人近くもの店員があくせく陳列していて邪魔でしょうがない。客の邪魔をしているだけ。どんだけ意識が低いねん？自分の職場なら動線が非効率過ぎて即改善してやるところです。それとレジ待ちの長蛇の列。特に5%オフの日は店内を一周グルリと並んで、列が店舗外の道路まで溢れてる。ディズニーランドか？と笑うしかない。陳列棚の前にギチギチで並んでるから商品を取れないし見ることも出来ない。ドラッグストアどころか小売店として最低最悪な店舗です。近くのココカラファインを皆さんには強烈にオススメします。星一つも付けたくない！ Anyway, the clerk's shout is noisy! !!
