佐渡島の料理が中心で新潟の地酒や特産品が多く出されます。特に高級魚のノドグロはランチから食べられます(お値段はそれなりにします)。
ランチは番屋汁(あら汁)、釜炊きのこしひかりが付きます。私は日替わり定食の鮭ハラスと鶏の唐揚定食を食べました。お値段(税抜850円)の割に大変美味しかったです。
ランチタイムは混んで忙しいのでしょうが、サービスに問題があったので星1つ減らしました。
It is located on the second basement floor of the Otemachi Sankei Building. I used it for lunch. It is a large and beautiful shop.
Mainly Sado Island cuisine, many local sake and special products from Niigata are served. In particular, the high-class blackthroat seaperch can be eaten from lunch (the price is reasonable).
Lunch comes with Banya soup (arajiru) and Koshihikari cooked in a kettle. I ate a daily set meal of salmon harass and fried chicken. It was very delicious for the price (850 yen excluding tax).
Lunch time may be crowded and busy, but there was a problem with the service, so I reduced it by one star.

料理も魚がうまい。居酒屋で食べるカマ最高ですよね

The food is also good with fish. It ’s the best to eat at an izakaya, is n’t it?
Small snacks and fried foods go well with sake, so if you like sake, be sure to check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend received a fax for an all-you-can-eat crab leg situation. We went after work. She made a res but it wasn't too busy. We were seated, given menus and otoshi, which was our choice of a selection of individual pieces of raw seafood, which would be steamed at our table. It was stuff like shrimp, scallop, abalone, fugu and a few other things I forget. The steamed fugu was ok, if not a bit tough. The crab legs looked nice but were mostly emaciated. The meat was dried out and fibrous. It appeared to be an effort to dispose of their surplus stock. We continued hoping something would change, it didn't. The subsequent orders came out half frozen and no less spindly. We ordered other things but they were unavailable. The kaki fry were good, worth reordering, but since it's the only thing on the menu that is, there'll be no need to return. The staff were nice enough, they had a limited English menu, though the main menu was large and in tiny print. The time-limit was rushed through for both tabe and nomihodai, but we could order doubles, so that was a plus.
