★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約二年間、ここの物件を使わせて頂きましたが、ここの会社からの連絡がなく、信頼性に欠けるということに尽きます。
例えば、契約打ち切る旨を伝えたところ、日割り計算でき、その金額は後日電話にて知らせるという内容でした。しかしながら、金額やいつまでに振り込むのかという情報は一向になく、翌月になってから、まだ振り込まれていないという意味不明な連絡のみありました。
他にも、契約をやめてから、鍵を返した後、敷金に関する連絡をいつ貰えるのか明確に聞き出したところ、次の日曜日までに電話にて連絡するという返答を貰いましたが、二ヶ月経過しても未だに連絡がありません。
従って、私個人の経験からすると、豊田駅近辺に住んでいて、時間のある人でなければあまりおすすめできません。しかしながら、そういう人は滅多にいないでしょう。最低限、お金に関わる仕事をしているので、この会社さんも少しは顧客への信頼性というものを考えてもらえれば良いのですが。

However, there was no information about the amount of money or when it was transferred, and since the following month, there was only an unknown message that it was not transferred yet.
In addition, after quitting the contract, after returning the key, I asked clearly when I could contact you about the security deposit, but I received a reply that I would contact you by phone the next Sunday, but two months have passed. But I have n’t been contacted yet.
Therefore, my personal experience is not recommended unless you live in Toyota Station and have time. However, there are few such people. At the very least, I'm doing money-related work, so this company should be able to think about the reliability of customers.
