★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日も平日も遅くまで開いているので何かと便利です。住民票の写しの交付や住所の異動にマイナンバーカードの申請など市民課での業務はここで済んでしまいます。
しかし、福祉関係などの手続きは書類を預け市役所まで持っていってもらうことはできず、やはり支所か保健センター、もしくは本庁舎まで行くことになりますが、そこまで過剰なサービスは求めておりません。これだけできれば満足です。
親切で丁寧な対応をして頂けました。
It's convenient because it's open until late on weekends and weekdays. The work in the Citizen's Division, such as issuing a copy of the resident's card, changing the address, and applying for the Individual Number Card, will be completed here.
However, for welfare-related procedures, you cannot leave the documents and bring them to the city hall, and you will still have to go to the branch office, health center, or main government building, but we do not require excessive services to that extent. Hmm. I'm happy if I can do this.
