シ	シバサキユウジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわき駅前、目立つ商業施設はここしかないということもあり、よく利用しています。駅前の賑わいのなさと同じく、ラトブの館内も空きテナントなどもあり。ことに1F食品売場の駅側目立つガラス張りの立地にかまえていた「一二三屋」が2022年2月に抜けてしまい、非常に残念な雰囲気になってしまいました。 4Fより上のフロアは図書館やオフィスエリアとなっています。駅前とはいえ、公共交通の便が悪くクルマ移動主体のいわきで、駐車場有料では、なんとなく覗いてみる・・といった客層による賑わいを取り込めないですね。 I often use it because there is only one conspicuous commercial facility in front of Iwaki station. Just like the bustle in front of the station, there are vacant tenants in the Latov building. In particular, the "Ichimitsuya", which was in a conspicuous glass-enclosed location on the station side of the 1st floor food department, was removed in February 2022, creating a very disappointing atmosphere. The floor above the 4th floor is the library and office area. Even though it is in front of the station, Iwaki is mainly used for car movement due to poor public transportation, so if you pay for a parking lot, you can't take in the crowds of customers, such as taking a peek.
