私	私的ミシュラン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 純米吟醸を飲みました。辛口と言われてるが、香りが甘いんです。甘い香りでキリっとしてるなら良し。ただ、何でしょうか、ダラダラと甘い印象。冷蔵庫でキンキン冷やすと香りは、閉じていて、楽しめない。常温から人肌くらいの温度だと、香りが花開き過ぎる。なかなか扱いが難しい印象。ただし、キチンと綺麗な酒である事は、間違いないと思いますが。 I drank Junmai Ginjo.
