雪	雪作雲 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相変わらず美味い＆待ち時間長い。予約は必須だが、「13時に予約したいのですが・・・」みたいに時間を言っていた人が、焼いていた男性店員に「焼くのには時間がかかるから、そんなピッタリ出来ない。」と冷たく言われていました。私も「○時に予約した○○です」と取りに行ったら、なんか嫌な顔されたので、「時間はだいたい」ってスタイルで行かないと、焼き方に睨まれますので注意。お婆ちゃん風の人は優しくて接客も丁寧ですが、焼いている人は暑くてイライラしているのかも？ソースは色々ありますが、注文時になんか頼むか、何もかけないで自分で現地でかけるかも選べます。銀だこみたいに油で揚げたカリカリ系ではなく、明石焼きに近い京だこ風で、出汁が効いてて美味いです。エビも良いアクセントになっています。 As usual, it is delicious and the waiting time is long.
