医者の腕云々以前の問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の病院で診てもらい、おそらくはやり目(詳しくウイルスの検査をした訳では無いので)と診断されましたが、1週間ずっと両目があかず痛みでどうしようも無かったので、近所なのでここへ来ました。
精神的に辛かったのですが、手で顔を触ったら先生に「その手で触らないで！手は膝！！」とかなりきつく言われました。
確かにウイルスなのでわかりますが、その言い方ありますか？
下瞼を綿棒でグリグリしてウイルス検査をしたところ、やはりはやり目でしたが、「…で？僕はどうすれば良い？」と。
さすがにキレてしまい、「私は医師でもなく知識がありませんので、この状態が好転してるのかどうかもわかりません。このウイルスに効く薬がなく、時間治療しかないのも知っていますが、1週間前からひどくなっていると感じたので別の要因なのか判断していただきたくて病院へ来たんですが?」と伝えたら「そうですか…」と黙っていらっしゃいました。
他にも目が開かないのをいいことに、勝手に新人看護婦がベテランさんに連れられ、勝手に人の顔を触りながら「ここが腫れてるでしょ？」と教えていました。
そっと触られるのも痛いほどリンパが腫れていたのに。
全ての対応が本当に有り得ませんでしたので二度と行きません。

以前からよく行きますが、一方通行の道沿いに建っているので少しややこしいです。
駐車場がとても広いので、止めやすい。
看護師さんの対応・・・とても丁寧です。
しっかりと眼圧・視力検査も行って下さいます。
先生はおじいちゃん先生ですが、こちらの話に耳を傾けて下さいます。眼を診る時に「もっと下向いて！」とたまに口調が強い時もありますが、きちんと診察して下さいました。
また、目薬もどういう効果がある薬なのか説明して下さいます。
診察が丁寧な分、待ち時間は長い印象です。
