塩原温泉街を福島方面に抜けたところにあるお蕎麦屋さんです。天せいろを頂きましたが、おそばも風味があってツルツルシコシココシがあって美味しかったです!
It is a soba restaurant located in the direction of Fukushima through the Shiobara hot spring town. I had a bamboo steamer, but the soba was also flavorful and smooth and chewy, and it was delicious!

お店が暇な時間帯?14:00頃に行ったからか、暖簾はかかっているものの電気は消えいていて、いらっしゃいませもなく・・・ でもお蕎麦は美味しかった。 蜘蛛の巣はって、テーブルは拭いていないような感じだけど。昔からある田舎の蕎麦屋って感じ。

ツーリングの途中で立ち寄りました。他にバイクが5~6台止まっており、ライダーにも人気の様子。天せいろ1,450円をオーダーし待つこと10分程で提供されました。手打ち蕎麦はコシがあり天麩羅はホクホクで絶品でした。

透明感ある細目のお蕎麦…ちぎれて短い…ちょっとボソっと…でも風味の良いツユ…ワサビは最高! お父さん一生懸命茹でてくれて提供も早く、美味しく頂けました。
Transparent and fine soba noodles ... torn and short ... a little sloppy ... but tasty tuyu ... wasabi is the best! My dad boiled it so hard that it was served quickly and was delicious.

塩原から南会津にいく途中でこの店に寄りました。腰は低いけどあまり愛想のない男性が、一応いらっしゃいませと、いつてくれました。先客が二組、8人ほどいましたので少し待つかなと思ったらかなり待ちました。塩原時間というか、せかせか出来ない人柄というか、混むときは気長に待つ覚悟が必要。十割蕎麦のせいか、そばはぼろぼろと切れやすいのでツルッと食べるのは難しい。でも蕎麦もつゆも美味しいです。山菜の天ぷらもサクサク、苦味もしっかり感じられて揚げかたは確かです。この辺りは蕎麦屋がたくさん、いや蕎麦屋しかないとも言えます。他の店も美味しいような。

蕎麦好きで、30年前に訪ねて以来、月に1~2回茨城から伺うのが楽しみでした‼️・・・北海道~長野・新潟などの蕎麦の有名店で食べさせて頂きましたが、滝見亭さんの麺と出汁が一番? コロナの影響と歳のせいで、足が遠退いてますが、ご主人・奥様共にいつまでもお元気で?️☀️❗️

岩魚(いわな)の天婦羅が最高にうまかったなあ。もちろんお蕎麦も蕎麦の香り高くて、是非また伺いたいといつも思っていますが、なかなか塩原に行く機会が無くて悲しい。超オススメのお蕎麦屋さんです。
The rock fish tempura was the best. Of course, soba also has a high aroma of soba, so I'd always like to visit again, but I'm sad that I haven't had a chance to go to Shiobara. This is a highly recommended soba restaurant.

紅葉ドライブの途中で、日曜日の13時30分頃入店しました。 店内はほぼ満席状態で、席が空くのを2、3分待ちました。 紅葉シーズンなので、すでにお蕎麦が売り切れているかもしれないとは思いつつ、訪れたのですが、まだ間に合うとのことでした。 天せいろ1450円を頂きました。 お客さんの人数の割に、早めに料理が提供された感じがしました。 お蕎麦は、しっかりとした、香りのある好みのお蕎麦でした。 サクサクの天ぷらは、舞茸や海老もあり、とても美味しかったです。 店内もこじんまりとした感じはありつつも、ゆったりとした席で、静かに食事ができました。

I felt that the food was served early for the number of customers. The soba was a solid, fragrant and favorite soba. The crispy tempura was very delicious with maitake mushrooms and shrimp. Although the inside of the restaurant was small, I was able to eat quietly in the spacious seats.
