十割蕎麦 という看板に惹かれて入店しました。今まで食べた十割蕎麦とは少し違い、ツルツルして、何か繋ぎに独特なものが使われているのかも知れないです。自分の好みとは、少しかけ離れていたお蕎麦でした。

椅子の席と座敷の席あり。暖炉もあり、落ち着いた雰囲気です。 天ぷら蕎麦を頼みましたがコシがあり、とても美味しかったです。大盛を頼んでちょうど良いくらいの量でした。 普通だと少ないかもしれないです。

4年ぶりに伺いました 間違えて本店に行ったら 休業中で 諦めきれずに関谷店へ 本店より30分遅くオープンするので 外で少し待ちましたが 大好きな辛味蕎麦を食べました テーブルにポップがあって 初めて食べました お餅が柔らかくて 大根おろしとかけてある汁が とても美味しかったです 期間限定のようです

知ってる十割蕎麦と違う…食べ進めるうちに水切りがきちんとされてないのか蕎麦が水でビチャビチャ。蕎麦も麺つゆもぼやっとしていてうーん。。 店内の雰囲気はいい感じなだけに残念。

知人の紹介で訪れたお蕎麦屋さんでしたが、店内も広く雰囲気良好でゆっくり出来ました。 蕎麦も天麩羅も美味しく、大盛でしたがもう少し食べたい気分。 高遠そばは長野県の高遠では無く、会津藩、高遠藩の高遠です。 名前の由来はお店で確認するべし! 座敷席:5 テーブル席:2 囲炉裏型席:1 ※ 他の方の口コミの中に「カツ丼」と書かれていますが・・カツ丼は無いです。 周囲に何軒かお蕎麦屋さんがあるので、別のお店と間違えたのでしょう! ビールやアイスクリームも有りますよ!

= ツユに特徴が = 営業中の看板と「十割そば」ののぼりを見て、正午ごろ入店。どうやら福島県喜多方市山都産のそばを出すらしい。 ニョーボは鴨汁そば、私は天もりを、それぞれ皿そばで注文。運ばれて来たそばは、更科系の白っぽい色ながらやや太めに裁たれており、あっさりした味だが歯ごたえがある。 特徴的なのはつゆの味。鴨汁そばのはしょっぱいと言っていた。天もりの方は 甘さとしょっぱさと酸味がいいバランス。別添えの天つゆが、大根おろし+薄口醤油+カツオダシ らしく、薄口なんだけどしっかりと味がある。薬味のワサビは多分直前におろしたものだろう、若干水っぽいけど鮮烈な辛さ。今度行ったら別のものを食べよう。

前々から気になってたお店。初めて伺ったが鴨汁つけそば美味しかった。 お食事処って、その味も肝心だけど店の佇まいに店内のインテリア、何気に重要かつ大切なのは店員さんの接客含めた雰囲気などトータルで食すものかと思うが、年末かつ繁忙期にて身体も精神も疲れ切っていたところ、実に落ち着いて食す事が出来た。
