★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日利用しました。道路向かいのさとう耳鼻咽喉科で処方箋を頂きこちらに行くように言われました。
鼻詰まりがあり点鼻スプレーが含まれていたのですが、薬の説明の際にこのような事がありました。
1日1回左右の鼻に2噴霧づつ、、と説明されたのですが、私は鼻の骨が曲がっており、片側しか通らないので、1回に通っている方の鼻に4噴霧するのか、2噴霧するのか？
と聞き直すと、先の説明の左右の鼻に2噴霧と繰り返されました。
要領を得ないのでもう一度鼻の骨が曲がっており、物理的に片側の鼻しか噴霧出来ないので、一回の使用量として、2噴霧か4噴霧か聞き直したのですが、粘膜に2回づつ、、と言われました。
めんどくさかったのでそれで帰ってきましたが、薬物の適量を教えてくれない薬局というのは、薬物の販売をしても差し支えないのでしょうか？
上記薬剤はモメタゾン点鼻液杏林と言う薬剤です。

I explained 2 sprays to the left and right noses once a day, but I spray 4 on the nose of the person who passes once because the nose bone is bent and only one side passes. Or 2 spray?
When asked again, it was repeated with 2 sprays on the left and right noses in the previous explanation.
Because I could not get the procedure, the nose bone was bent once again, and I can physically spray only one side of the nose, so I asked whether it was 2 sprays or 4 sprays as a single use, but twice on the mucous membrane I was told.
I went back home because it was awkward, but can pharmacies that don't tell me the right amount of drugs be allowed to sell them?
The above drug is called mometasone nasal drip Kyorin.
