Service is perfect. However, if the reservation was too early, the main meal was too late. Answering the questionnaire will give you 4 thick eggs in a pack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で予約しましたがまず電話対応から最悪でした。店主らしき女性がでましたが対応が雑。来店したらまずいらっしゃいませもありませんでした。いくら連休で忙しいからといってありえません。おしぼりもでてこない、頼んだお酒もでてこない、追加の料理は４０分たっても出てこないので聞くと、確認します。だけ言って通っているのか、今から作るのかの返答もなし。最終的にお見送りやすみませんなどの謝罪もありませんでした。飲食店としてありえません。二度と行きません。
I made a reservation over the phone, but it was the worst from the telephone correspondence. There was a woman who seemed to be the owner, but the correspondence was miscellaneous. When I came to the store, I didn't have to come. No matter how busy you are on consecutive holidays, you can't. No hand towels, no liquor I ordered, no additional dishes after 40 minutes, so ask and confirm. There is no reply as to whether it is going through or making it from now on. In the end, there was no apology such as sorry to see you off. It cannot be a restaurant. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a hidden gem and only a two minute walk from the JR San-In Line Hanazono Station! This restaurant has great Yakitori and very delicious freshly made barbecue meat. They have their own farm in the back as well. The hot pot is amazing, delicious chicken soups at the end, and the portions are absolutely large. They have a limited English menu, but you can generally figure it out as the menus have some photographs of their highlights.
