一枚が大きいですが柔らかく食べごたえあります。オススメのスープ入れはアッサリしており全体的味が薄く感じるので、カエシを入れられる様にしてほしいです。
 It is a char siu bowl.
One piece is big, but it is soft and chewy. The recommended soup bowl is assassinous and the overall taste is light, so I would like you to be able to add sardines.

噂の炙りチャーシュー＆ガーリックに間違いの無い大満足の味でした。
スタッフの対応も良く又、食べにいきたいです。
この近辺は駐禁係が目を光らせてるので近隣のパーキングに停めましょう。
４０分200円ぐらいのが有ります!

I asked an acquaintance to tell me and came to the store.
It was a very satisfying taste with no doubt about the rumored roasted char siu and garlic.
The staff are very friendly and I want to go eat.
The parking lot is on the lookout for this area, so park at a nearby parking lot.
There is about 200 yen for 40 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹ノ塚周辺に用事が有った際 偶然見つけて立ち寄ったお店。
チャーシュー丼の専門店らしい。店内はカウンター席で、アクリル板とアルコール消毒でコロナ対策。
初見だったので、豚テキサス丼 並(680円)を注文。目の前で女性店員さんがバーナーで炙ってくれて期待が高まる。
箸とスプーンが有るが、箸だとトロトロに煮込まれたチャーシューが 柔らかすぎて崩れてしまうのでスプーンで食べた。
ニンニク醤油が利いて美味しい!! 最初スタ丼的な味の濃さを想像していたが、コチラはより上品な感じであそこまで濃い味では無い。
店内POPで、シメはスープを頼んでお茶漬け風に!!なんて書いてあったので(自分は頼まなかったが)なるほどと思った。
トッピングのチーズやカレーも気になるので、また近くに来たら伺いたい。
A shop that I happened to find and stopped by when I had something to do around Takenotsuka.
It seems to be a specialty store of char siu bowl. There are counter seats inside the store, and corona measures are taken with acrylic boards and alcohol disinfection.
It was my first time seeing it, so I ordered a pork Texas bowl (680 yen). A female clerk roasts it with a burner in front of me, raising expectations.
I have chopsticks and a spoon, but I ate it with a spoon because the char siu stewed in the toro was too soft and crumbled.
Garlic soy sauce is good and delicious !! At first I imagined the taste of rice bowl, but here is a more elegant feeling and not so strong.
At the in-store POP, it was written that Shime asked for soup and made it look like Ochazuke !! (I didn't ask for it), so I thought it was true.
I'm also curious about the toppings of cheese and curry, so I'd like to ask if I come near again.

サラダも付いて嬉しい。
特に味噌汁はかなり美味い。
さて、肝心のテキサスことチャーシューはと、「何でこんなに柔らかい？」という感動もの。
そして、後半はスープを貰って茶漬けで味変して楽しめます。
セットでなく、テキサス丼もお勧めです。
竹の塚駅からは少し遠いので、普段空いています。次は谷塚の親店の「ラーメンのジョー」にも行ってみたくなりました。

気になっていましたが中々行けなくて、今日は出掛けたついでに途中下車して重たい荷物を持ちながら駅からお店に向かいました。
1時過ぎていましたが、店内にはお客さん居ない❗一寸、ドキドキしながら店内。
初めての旨を伝えると分かりやすく丁寧に説明して頂き、助かりました。
お客さんがいなかったから特に親切だったのかも？
初めてのお店では、分かりやすく教えて頂けるのは初心者としては心強いです。
次回からは大丈夫です(笑)
チャーシューがお目当て、カレーにも心が動きミニで無くて
"豚テキサスカレー丼" 並を注文
3枚入ってます。ミニは1.5枚
チャーシューは、炙って有って１枚がとても厚くて味も私好み、脂が苦手ですが炙ってあるせいか、余り気にならない脂身
食べ応え有って、豚肉食べてる❗って感じです。
カレーは、キーマカレーで挽き肉がタップリ入っています。
美味しく頂きましたが……
辛いのが苦手ですが、辛さも余り感じず私的には、スパイスが足りなく感じました。
やっと食べに行く事が出来て、期待していたチャーシューに大満足でした。

I'm not good at spicy food, but I didn't feel the spiciness so much, and I personally felt that the spices weren't enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミを見てランチに行ってきました。唐揚げのセット大盛を頼みました。ボリューム満足、味良し。唐揚げ専門店よりも大きくジューシーでした。炙りチャーシューは2枚乗ってました。香ばしくこれまた美味しかったです。最後、スープを貰ってお茶漬け風にして食べるのがおススメだというので試してみました。味が変わり食べ易かったです。また、店員のお兄さんが笑顔で接客してくれて尚良かったです。お近くにお越しの際は是非行ってみてください。
