本社に連絡してそのような対応なので会社そのものが終わってる
消費者センターに連絡するように言われ、連絡したが消費者センターではそういった対応はできないのでお店に言ってほしいと回答があったので、その旨をお店に連絡すると、こちらは一切謝罪しないと電話切られます
恐らく、仕上がりなどでクレームトラブルがあっても同じ対応をするお店なのでしょう。
何か不祥事があっても謝罪をしないという営業スタイルなので、トラブルがあっても諦められるような方だけお店を利用することをオススメ致します。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このクリーニング店のプレス処理はヤヴァイです。工場の大型プレス機などで機械的にプレスしていると思われるようなボタンの壊されかたをします。２年連続で高価なコートのボタンが壊された。（コート前面のボタンが全て粉々。）解せないのが受取の時に店員さんが何も言いません。（壊れること前提で弁償する気などないのかも。）シーズンオフにコートをクリーニングに出し、次のシーズンにクリーニングに出したものを着るときに気づくので、さすがに半年以上経過しているとクレームも出せずショックがでかい。
The press processing of this cleaning shop is Yavai. I will do how the buttons are broken as thought to be mechanically pressed with a large press machine at the factory. The expensive coat button was broken for the second consecutive year. (All the buttons on the front of the court are shattered.) The clerk says nothing at the time of receipt that I can not understand. (It may not be meant to reimburse on the premise of being broken.) Since we will notice the coat when cleaning off in the season and wear what we put out for cleaning next season, I can not get out and the shock is big.
