★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千駄ヶ谷駅／北参道駅周辺の住宅街の中で少し分かりにくい場所にあります。古いこじんまりとした個人病院で、院長はテキパキしている感じの人ではないので、はじめての利用で最初はちょっと心配しました。しかし、喉が痛くなり風邪の初期症状かと思ったのですが、実際には風邪ではなく、その後の診断／処方も的確で、おかげで無駄な薬を飲むことなく、すぐに回復することができました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察時に違う患者と間違われて、一通り血圧脈拍を測られた後に間違いが発覚。受付のおばさんと先生が患者の目の前でパニックを起こして何の謝罪もない。診察時に出すように言われた氏名と診療科目を記入したカードを出したが、一顧だにせず取り違えたまま診察を進められた。注射などの措置をとられて居たらと思うとゾッとする。診察室に入る前に患者が徹底的に確認を取る必要があるようなので要注意。受付も愛想の悪いボーッとしたおばさんしか居ない。案内が悪く相手に任せていると何も進まなく、次の流れを患者が促さないといけないようだ。こんなボーッとした病院で診てもらいたくない。

At the reception, there is only an unfriendly and dumb aunt. If the guidance is poor and it is left to the other party, nothing will progress and the patient will have to encourage the next flow. I don't want to see you at such a dumb hospital.
