F	Frost Deacon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷やし担々麺、炒飯、水餃子をいただきました。どれも味は抜群でした。冷やし担々麺は程よい辛みで清涼感があり、食欲増進。器も冷たく細やかな仕上がりでした。炒飯は大きめなエビに鮮やかなレタスで塩気は控えめ、代わりにスープのお出汁でしっかり旨味が出ていました。名物だという水餃子は皮はモチモチ、中は乾物のエビの出汁が溢れるスープでいっぱい。噛んだら飛び出してくるので小籠包的な食べ方をしました。駅から徒歩5分ロータリーを南下するだけです。駅近便利。お店の方は中国人の方です。日本の過剰なサービスを期待していると肩透かしなんでしょうか、店員さんを自分で呼ばないのに注文を取りに来ないとお怒りの有様で出ていかれるお客さんがいました。幾度か本国の方経営の中国料理店は経験がありますが、中華街の様な観光地以外ではこちらからきちんと要求をしないと通らないというのが通例なので、別段びっくりはしませんが、慣れていない方は日本の過剰な気遣いで”お客様は神様”扱いされている飲食店の方がおかしいと思った方がいいです。何も言ってないのにニコニコ近づいてくる店員の方が不気味です。すごく真面目にお仕事なさっているのが、仏頂面であると思うのは日本人くらいだと思います。コミュニケーションをとる中で笑みがもれるくらいが人として自然です。 We had chilled rice noodles, fried rice, and water dumplings. The soup dumplings were better than I expected. The shrimp was ok; they didn't pick up much of the seasoning they were cooked in, which was very flavorful. The spare ribs were good. The server was helpful but not friendly. It was an average experience. Probably won't return.
