塩ネギラーメンがお勧めとのことでしたが、
個人的な偏向から味噌ネギラーメンをチョイス。
やはり塩が良かったかな。次回は塩チョイス。
他の方のクチコミにある通り葱に掛ける油がくどいというか邪魔。油の主張が強くてスープが台無し、とまでツッコミたくなる衝動が。食後も油が口の中に残るのも残念。
友人に免じて☆減は１つに留めます。
追記
リピしてきました。次回は塩とか言ってたのですが、もうワンチャンで味噌をチョイス。今回はネギ載せを見送り。
他の方のコメントにもある通りここはチャーシュー推しだと再認識しました。美味しいです。
でもそのチャーシューから脂がスープにしっかりにじみ出ます。この上さらにネギに油を掛けたらそれはクドくなるのも当然だと思いました。
今回味噌スープをじっくり堪能、完食出来ました。
個人的にネギ載せを回避することをおすすめします。

As I said in other comments, I reaffirmed that this was a char shou. Is delicious.
But the fat oozes out from the char siu into the soup. I also thought that it would be natural to add more oil to the green onions.
This time, I thoroughly enjoyed the miso soup and completed it.
We recommend that you avoid putting onions on your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 境港ラーメンをオーダー。開店間もなく入店し6名程度先着客あり。提供されるまで20分強。味は牛骨ベースであっさりかと。濃厚豚骨好きな自分には少々物足りない感じですが、美味しく頂きました。

もちろん他にも美味しい所はあるんだろうけど、とりあえずここはマストですね。
海鮮ものも境港はもちろんマストだけど、僕の中では境港のご当地ラーメンと言ったらまずは竹ちゃんラーメンですね。
そして、毎回頼むのが境港ブラック。
焦がし油がいい感じで最高。
来るたびに次こそは境港ラーメンを食べよう！と決めるのだが、来たらついついブラックを頼んでしまうw
だって美味しいんだものw
でも、隣の人が境港ラーメンを頼んで食べてるのを見ると、次こそは境港ラーメンを！！と決めて帰りますw
でもかれこれ5,6回来てるが毎回境港ブラックを注文してしまう?

醤油ネギラーメンを注文しました。
店内はエアコンが効いてなくて暑かったです。寒くなくていいんで涼しくして欲しいですね。
注文から到着まで時間かかり過ぎでしたね。ラーメン到着。麺は相変わらず好みでgood。
スープは前回より進化したかな。

チャーシュー丼はちょっと硬くて、味付けも自分は微妙でした。
接客などはよかったです！ごちそうさまでした！

家族はしょう油ねぎラーメン、塩ねぎラーメンを注文。どれも満足だったようです。
