s	sat智 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の人に気になる店と言われて行ってみました。閉まってることが多いと聞いてたので開いてて一安心。メニューを見たら塩と醤油の二択。同僚が醤油を選んだので塩に。みんな中盛り。名前通りの家系かと思ってたので少しビックリ。思ってたのより家系ではなかった。でも食べてたら少し飽きてきた。味変に豆板醤、ニンニク、生姜、があったので少し味変して完食。中盛りは年寄りにはキツイ。年だなぁ～。 I went to the store because it was said to be a store that people in the company were interested in. お	おさひ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩豚骨ラーメンとライスをいただきました。懐かしい家系の味がしました。鶏油多めで油膜があり、スープの中から熱々でモチモチの麺、ホウレン草に油が染みた海苔など抜群に美味しかったです。スープの豚骨と鶏油、醤油ダレのバランスがとても良いです。そしてスープもたっぷり注がれています。最近の流行りの豚骨が濃く、醤油感の強い家系よりも食べやすく本当に美味しかったです。是非また食べに行きたいと思います。 I had salted pork bone ramen and rice.
