実家のリフォームをTAKAYASUさんに依頼しました。他社で見積もりしたら思っていたより金額が高く、どうしようかと困っていた時にTAKAYASUさんを見つけてお見積もり依頼をしました。(見つけたというか、元々はグループ会社のLIQさんが不動産業をされておりそちらで物件を決めた際にTAKAYASUさんを紹介していただきました。) 高級ホテルとかを手掛けていらっしゃるとのことだったので値段も高くなるかと思いましたが、こちらの予算に合わせたご提案をしていただきました。注文住宅をされているとのことでリフォームだと手抜きされるのでは？との不安もありましたが、こちらの質問等も親身に答えていただき非常に好感がもてました。私自身がお家を建てる時は是非お願いしたいです。

(I found it, or rather, LIQ, a group company, was originally in the real estate business, and when I decided on a property there, I was introduced to TAKAYASU.) I heard that you are working on a luxury hotel, so I thought that the price would be higher, but I asked you to make a proposal that fits your budget. Isn't it cut off if it is a remodeling because it is a custom-built house? I was worried about it, but I was very pleased with the kind answers to these questions. I would like to ask when I build a house myself.

お店の改装をしていただきました。何よりも職人さん含め丁寧な接客で嬉しかったです。アバウトな雰囲気を伝えただけで希望通りの内装を作ってもらってまた新店を出す時はお願いしようと思います。
