★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 突然の訪問で屋根に不具合があるとの指摘があり。数十万円の見積もりが出て、即日契約を迫られた。不審に思いハウスメーカー経由で他の業者に確認してもらったら、不具合は一切ないとのこと。悪徳業者ではないと信じたいが、だとしてもいい加減の見積もりで契約を急かす姿勢には不信感しかない。
 It was pointed out that there was a problem with the roof due to a sudden visit. An estimate of hundreds of thousands of yen came out, and I was forced to sign a contract on the same day. When I was suspicious and asked another company to confirm it via the house maker, there was no problem. I want to believe that I'm not a bad guy, but I'm just distrustful of the attitude of rushing the contract with a sloppy estimate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋外塗装の際にこちらの業者さんにお願いいたしました。
以前、突然訪問された際の担当者の方は少し強引だったのですが、家の塗装が大分剥げていることもあり、別のハウスメーカーに頼んでみたところ、料金が思ったより高かったこともあり、こちらの業者さんのことを思い出し、ご連絡してみました。
今回の担当者さんはすごく丁寧で、疑問点等も回答してくれて、満足いく出来だったのでよかったです。
さらにその上で料金も安くやっていただいたので、とても助かりました。
また色々なことに対応できると言う事だったので次回も頼みたいと思います。
I asked this contractor for outdoor painting.
Previously, the person in charge when I was suddenly visited was a little forcible, but the paint on the house was largely peeled off, so when I asked another house maker, the price was higher than I expected. I remembered this vendor and contacted him.
I am glad that the person in charge this time was very polite and answered questions and was satisfied.
On top of that, the price was low, which was very helpful.
Also, I was told that I could handle various things, so I would like to ask again next time.
