★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素人の経営で仕上がりは最低です。ダウンジャケットのモンクレールやヘルノのブランドも知らず「ユニクロと一緒」扱いでした。経営者の耳も遠く何度も同じ話をしても通じず。補聴器をおすすめします。品質も確認出来ない素人経営なので恐ろしくて二度と利用しません。
The finish is the worst in the management of an amateur. I didn't even know the Moncler and Herno brands of down jackets, and they were treated as "with UNIQLO". The management's ears are too far away to understand even if they talk about the same thing over and over again. Hearing aids are recommended. Since it is an amateur management whose quality cannot be confirmed, it is scary and I will never use it again.

経営者も最近変わったみたいです。
高い品物は当然クリーニング料金も高くなりますよね(笑)凄く親切なので私は利用しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の昼休みがあり、その時間を過ぎてても店が開いていない。以前ブラウスの染み抜きを、お願いしました。当然料金もそれないりに取られ。仕上がりは、全くシミが落ちてない。店員さん曰く生地を悪くしたくなかったので…と。自宅で市販の染み抜き剤で洗ったら見事に落ちました。金返してくれよ…と思います。クリーニングも、ちゃんと洗ってるか不明…ただプレスしただけじゃ…と思ってしまいます。
