シミ抜きで出したコート、出来上がりを見て愕然。
シミだけでなく元の色まで抜けて裏地だけでなく表地まで色が抜けてました。
シミ抜きのレベルを超え、着れない服にされました。
ものを見て愕然、これで高額な金額を提示支払うのかとプロ意識に欠けた仕事ぶり。
もう二度と出しません。
シミ抜きのプロといういう誇大広告は取り消すべきです。

仕上がりが全然違いました。
チェーン店よりは金額は少し高いですが、その分信頼のできるクリーニング店だと思います。

最初の頃は仕上がりにも満足だったので、10着以上まとめて年に数回クリーニングに出していました。
ある日の夕方、店の奥から見知らぬ男、、、天龍似のチリチリ頭の男が出現 ❓以前、クリーニングに出したサマーセーターが色が変わったことを伝えると、クレームつけるならうちと取引できません、帰ってくれ！一方的で、まったく話にもなりませんでした。こんなクリーニング屋はじめてです。しまいに、お客さんはキャンペーンの時しか利用してないですよねーー。と客を馬鹿にした有様。この店はキャンペーンといっても他のクリーニング屋より一枚の単価は高いのです！私はいつもデラックス仕上げを頼んでるのでそこまで安いと思ったことはありません。
最後の方は作業の適当さも目立ってきて、スカートにもへんなシワが入り、7万もするデザインコートの左袖も伸びてるは濃紺のスーツも色が薄くなりました。
以前のオーナーは感じか良かったので目をつぶりましたが、天龍はプロだからと傲慢な態度、何がプロか、、もう二度と行・き・ま・せん。あなたのせいでEMクリーニングに悪いイメージがついてしまいましたね！

仕上がりはふわっとしていて、ドライクリーニング特有のにおいをほとんど感じません。
クリーニングのタグはホッチキス留めされることなく外されていて、すぐ着ることができますし、手仕上げのワイシャツはきれいにラッピングされています。
