石碑がありますが、私には内容がわかりませんでした。
三国平野？が一望できるのは気持ちいいですね。
山頂は広いので、ゆったりすることができます。高須白山神社より、登山することができ、道は基本きれいですが、
一部崩れて通りにくいところがあります。
気軽に登ることができるので、ハイキングに最適だも思います。

鷹巣城址は高須山438mの広い山頂にあります。
広い山頂部には城址の説明を書いた掲示板、鷹巣城址と書かれた大きな石碑、立派な方位盤が設置してありました。
方位盤には四方の市街地や山岳の距離までが明確に書かれています。
ソウル816km ピョンヤン960km ウランバートル2720kmなんてのもあります。
この城址は南北朝時代、新田義貞四天王のひとり畑六郎左衛門時能がわずかの勢で足利軍の大軍と戦った城。
