千葉市美浜保健福祉センター健康課の歯っぴー?健口教室講座に参加しました。
私は大病してから口腔と歯に気を付けています。
この講座に興味があり、楽しみにしていました。
スタッフの皆さんが、優しく・とても分かりやすい楽しい講座でした。
歯と口腔は健康の要です。
歯を大切に?元気に過ごして生きたいです。
とても勉強になりました

6/9 (水)2回目
今日は早口言葉を教えて頂き感謝です。
コロナ禍の為！
皆んなでは出来ないので、スタッフの方が読み上げてくれました。
早口言葉は、慣れないとまぁー言いにくいけど。
練習ですね！
個別指導で、歯間ブラシ・糸ようじの使い方や、歯の悩み、相談等を親切に教えてくれました。
次回6/23(水)最終回、が楽しみです。
6/23(水)
今日は最終で今までのまとめでした。
「歯ブラシだけでは、約60%の歯垢しかとれていないんです」

2021.5.26 (Wednesday)
I participated in the Tooth Peep ? Kenguchi Classroom Course in the Health Division of the Mihama Health and Welfare Center, Chiba City.
I have been careful about my mouth and teeth since I got sick.
I was interested in this course and was looking forward to it.
The staff were kind and very easy to understand and it was a fun course.
Teeth and oral cavity are the cornerstones of good health.
Take good care of your teeth ? I want to live well.
I learned a lot

6/9 (Wednesday) 2nd time
Thank you for teaching me the tongue twister today.
Because of the corona bruise!
Everyone couldn't do it, so the staff read it aloud.
It's hard to say tongue twister unless you get used to it.
It's practice!
Through individual guidance, he kindly taught me how to use interdental brushes and yarns, tooth problems, and consultation.
I am looking forward to the final episode on June 23 (Wednesday) next time.

It was hard to find the parking lot and it was hard to stay. It seems that the users are basically elderly people who use public transportation. The facility is a complex facility with many rooms. More details in the next report
