A	Anemone Evanz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いたずら電話のように電話がかかってきて、かけ直すと出ず、調べてみたらここのお店からで、地方も違えば行ったことも聞いたこともないお店なのに、要件を留守電に残す事も無く、失礼な会社です。 I got a call like a prank call, and when I called back, it didn't come out, and when I looked it up, it was from this shop, and even though it was a shop I had never visited or heard in different regions, the requirement was an answering machine. It is a rude company without leaving anything.
K	K H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パールのリフォームをお願いしましたが料金を修理前と修理後の2度、請求されました。こちらに支払いの記録があると主張しても店側に記録がないから応じる事は出来ないの一点張り。領収書も頂けてなかったのでその理由を追求するとリフォームのお客様にはレシート等は出していないとの事。杜撰な管理体制や、テープレコーダーを連続再生したような対応ばかりで呆れて言葉も出ませんでした。領収書を出さない、宝石店なのに監視カメラがついていないなど、会社の方針に疑問を感じる点も多いです。大切な思い出のこもったパールでしたが、みる度に悲しくなるので手放しました。もう二度とこの店で買い物したくありません。 I asked for a pearl reform, but I was charged twice before and after repairs. There are many points where I feel doubts about the company's policy, such as not issuing a receipt, or a jewelry store without a surveillance camera. It was a pearl filled with precious memories, but since I became sad every time I saw it, I let it go. I don't want to shop again in this store.
