駅から歩いて6分程度歩かなくてはならず
裏道を歩いて、目印の陸橋が見えたあと
入口横の看板があることを確認して訪問します。
店内は思った以上に広めで、カウンター席とテーブル席が1席あります。
入店して券売機で食券を購入して仏頂面の店長さんに渡します。
ただ、大盛りの食券を見て、「うちのつけ麺食べた事ありますか？」
と聞かれたので、「麺は500くらいですかね？大丈夫っす。」と答える。
全然回答になっていないけど、店長さんの心配はそれだったので
さっそく大量の麺を茹で始めます。
さて、待つこと10分程度で着丼です。
大丈夫、とは言ってみたものの、かなりボリュームのあるビジュアルですね。
早速スープを頂いてみると、豚骨魚介スープで、事前調査済みの通りの濃厚仕立て。
魚介がかなり強いので好き嫌いがあるかもしれませんが
わたし的にはこのくらい濃厚な味がとても良いです。
麺は中太の縮れ麺。
これがまた非常に美味しい。
コシがとっても強くて麺自体に味わいがあります。
麺自体はツルツルしているので、縮れ強めにして絡みやすくしているのでしょうか。
カウンターには玉ねぎのみじん切りが用意されていて
使った人は10円以上お支払いください、との注意書きが。
スプーン一杯入れてみると、先ほどまでの濃厚さに加え
少し甘めに変化しますね。
全体的に満足した一杯でした。

The inside of the store is wider than I expected, and there are one counter seat and one table seat.
After entering the store, purchase a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine and give it to the store manager on the top of the Buddha.
However, when I saw a large meal ticket, I asked, "Have you ever eaten our tsukemen?"
I was asked, "Is the noodles about 500? It's okay."
I didn't answer at all, but the store manager was worried about that.
Start boiling a large amount of noodles at once.
By the way, it takes about 10 minutes to wait for the bowl to arrive.
I said it's okay, but it's a pretty voluminous visual.
When I got the soup immediately, it was a pork bone seafood soup, and it was made as rich as the preliminary survey.
The seafood is pretty strong so you may like it or not
For me, this rich taste is very good.
The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles.
This is also very delicious.
The noodles are very chewy and have a taste.
The noodles themselves are slippery, so I wonder if they are crispy and easy to entangle.
Chopped onions are prepared at the counter
There is a note that the person who used it should pay 10 yen or more.
When I put a spoonful in it, in addition to the richness I mentioned earlier
It changes a little sweeter.
Overall it was a satisfying drink.

美味しかったです。
発券機が壊れており、カウンターにお金を置いてやり取りするシステムでした。
赤ちゃんが騒いでしまっても、店長さんが優しく、嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うーーん、味にパンチが欲しい…と思ってしまいました。一言で言うと薄いと感じました。
大人向けの魚の出汁の効いた店かと思いきや大盛りな感じで若者向け？どの層に向けての一杯なのか分かりませんでした。
店主さんは感じの良い人でした。
Well, I wanted a punch in the taste ... In a word, I felt it was thin.
I think it's a restaurant with fish soup stock for adults, but it's for young people with a big feeling? I didn't know which layer it was for.
The owner was a nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板見当たらない、以前に店頭を数回通ってましたがラーメン屋さんとは認識してませんでした。看板無いとか、店名無いとか最近の流行？
まぜそば¥800注文。生卵がついて来ました。
魚粉がのった何系と言って良いのか？良く判別つかない味ですが、量も多く美味しく頂きました。チョット店主の無言の圧感じました(二郎系迄はないですけど)。

What kind of fishmeal is on it? The taste is hard to distinguish, but the amount was large and it was delicious. I felt the silent pressure of the owner of the shop (though not Jiro).

つけ麺と迷いましたがまぜそばが人気みたいでしたのでまぜそばに。これはもはやまぜそばじゃなくてラーメンじゃないかってくらい汁が入ってます。油っこくて濃い味のパンチの効いたものを想像してましたが割とさっぱりした魚介らーめんって感じだったのでまぜそばではなくつけ麺でもよかったかなと思いました。太麺で量は多めなので少食の人は小を頼んだ方がいいと思います。

I was at a loss with tsukemen, but it seemed that mixed soba was popular, so I chose mixed soba. It's soup soup that it's no longer mixed soba but ramen. I imagined something that was oily and had a strong punch, but it felt like a refreshing fish and shellfish ramen, so I thought it would have been better to use tsukemen instead of mixed soba. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of authentic menu items, the Mazesoba 3, was excellent‼️? Extra effort in food prep was the first thing I noticed. Lots of flavour, noodles were perfect, meat was tender and service was personal. This was my second time here and I will be back again❗️
