土曜日お昼12時近くに訪問牛レアカツを注文ソースの種類と焼き加減を選べますおろしポン酢とレア焼きを選択お肉の味は美味しい、牛の香りがふわっとそのまま、塩、レモン、おろしポン酢と色々なバリエーションでいただきましたただお肉が薄くて硬い噛みきれないのでそのまま一口でいただくはめに? いやでも美味しいんですよ味は！とろける牛もいいけど噛める牛も好きです残念だったのがライスですお米には何のこだわりもなさそう柔らかくてツヤもなく味も。ライス改善求む( ；∀；) 客は私一名で、後に二人程一人客が利用していました

豚カツと牛カツとワインやカクテルというあまりないタイプの新しいお店です。お酒はまだこれからですが、リーズナブルな価格で気軽に飲めそうです。カジュアルイタリアンな雰囲気のお店なのに、豚カツ牛カツ串カツというのが新鮮です。ランチに、オススメの豚カツをデミグラスソースでいただきました。注文に合わせてカトラリーをセットして運んでくるところやデミグラスソースを料理を運んできた店員さんがかけてしまうところが独特です。味は飛びっきりというわけではありませんが、それなりに美味しかったです。豚肉にはかなりの拘りがあるようで流石に柔らかくて上品な味でした。但し、ご飯（白米）は、微妙にジャー臭さがありまたべちゃっとしています。ご飯にも拘って欲しいです。10月以降お酒提供開始後に期待です。
