★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 21年7月上旬にそろそろメガネが古くなって疲れるから新しくしようと思って初めてこのお店に行ったけど店員さん誰も対応してくれなかったよ。
店内に入っても挨拶なかったし、男性店員と女性店員がずっと座ったまま話し込んでたね〜。
この店は客の方からカウンターまで行って店員に声かけないとダメなのか？？20分程店内でメガネフレームを物色してたけど1度も店員に声かけられてないし店員ずっと喋ってたな。他に客居なかったし特に忙しそうにはしてなかったけどな。
メガネ屋に行く人って何か用があるから行ってる訳だけど…。
結果、何も買うこと無く店を出ましたがそれも挨拶なし。
こんな対応されたの初めてでした。
俺は二度と行かないです。教育が全然されてないと感じました。
家から45分かけて行ったけど凄い時間を無駄にしてしまった気分。
他の方の評価見てると親切な対応だったって書いてあるけど、客の顔見て対応決めてると思う。
他のメガネ屋と明らかに対応が違った。

The correspondence was clearly different from other eyeglass shops.

店員の方全員、とても感じの良い方ばかりでした。少し丁寧すぎるくらい。
おかげさまで、心地よい気持ちでメガネの検討をすることができ、実際に購入もしました。
また機会があれば、ぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。
処方箋を持っていない人は、すぐ隣に繋がっている草加駅前なかじま眼科へ案内してもらい、診察の上、処方箋をいただけます。
また、こちらの眼科で処方箋を処方していただくと、診察代を割り引いた金額でメガネ等を購入することができるので、他の眼科の処方箋にこだわりのある方でなければ、こちらを利用するのがお勧めです。

Also, if you prescribe a prescription at this ophthalmology department, you can purchase glasses etc. at a discounted amount for the examination fee, so unless you are particular about other ophthalmology prescriptions, use this Is recommended.

保証もしっかりしてて、先日片方のレンズが無くなったので訪ねたら保証期間と
割引で4分の1の価格で新しくなりました。
レンズ会社のカードや紹介した時のお礼(¥2,500-分)など良い点が沢山あります。
