s	sayuri s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事務の電話対応が酷く悪い、びっくりするぐらい悪い(笑) 特にあ〇〇さん、接客マナー一から学び直した方がいいですよ。ドクターや看護師さん方は丁寧かつテキパキされてて、お話も解り易く、いい意味で昔とは変わったなぁという印象です。駐車場が沢山あるので車でも行きやすい。受付さえガマンできれば、診療科も沢山あるし有り難い病院だと思います。今まで電話して訪院した事なかった(基本的に受付開始時に受付へ行き、予約を取る)んですがこのご時世、、電話してからの方がと思い初めて電話してみたらびっくりでした。コロナ禍収まるまでは行きたくないです…電話するのが怖い(^^; Office phone support is terribly bad, Surprisingly bad (laughs) Especially, Mr. Ao, you should relearn from the customer service manners. m	masayuki furukawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場のトイレでこけて動けなくなりました。救急車でこの病院に運ばれて、大腿骨転支部骨折と診断されました。そのまま入院しました。翌日　手術をしました。ストレッチャーで手術室に運ばれました。そして背中から背骨に麻酔の注射をされました。すると足の痛みがとれて動かす事ができたので治った気がしました。その後　全身麻酔をして気がついたら手術は終わっていました。次の週からリハビリが始まりました。平行棒で歩く事ができました。約1カ月で退院しました。2019_9現在もリハビリには通っております。よかった事は入院中の食事のメニューが選択できるコースがあって病院で　エビフライ・牛丼　等を食べる事ができた事です。リハビリもよくしてもらいました。大腿骨を骨折した時はここの病院をおすすめします。お世話になりました。３９歳の記録 I got stuck in the bathroom at work. し	しまだこうじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３年前に父が大腸がんで宝塚病院に手術・入院(こちらではない他院)。その１年後の定期診察にて再発が発見され再度、手術・入院。その１年後に今度は他臓器に転移しましたが自宅療養しておりました所、体調不良で救急車にて宝塚病院に運ばれましたが体調改善もされないのに入院させずに家に帰されました。自宅に帰った後も体調不良が続き翌日、事情を説明してこちら宝塚第一病院に受け入れて頂きました。２度の手術・入院したにも関わらず最後は入院受入れせず無責任な宝塚病院です。こちらの第一病院は２度の手術・入院した訳でもないのに衰弱した父の入院を受け入れて頂き感謝しかありません。 Three years ago, my father had surgery and hospitalization at Takarazuka Hospital for colorectal cancer (another hospital not here).
